I will be taking part in the Cabarrus County Public Library Summer Reading Program this year. Their theme is “Night,” and what could be better than an appearance by an actual Vampirologist?

I will be making four appearances throughout the county this summer. At each location I will be giving a little lecture about vampires in general (suitable audience is tween to adult) and then opening up the floor to a general Q and A. If ever you had any questions about vampires that you wanted answered here is the perfect opportunity for you to ask. I have also written a book on demonology, haunted locations in Greensboro, NC and two books of regional folklore, so we can also talk about those topics as well.

Although I do not mind if you take photos or use video equipment, each library has its own rules that need to be obeyed. If you have any questions about recording devices, be sure to call before the event.

If you have any of my books that you would like me to autograph for you, I would be more than delighted to do so, and as always, free of charge. On occasion I have a few copies of each of my books on hand to sell, but not always. FYI – any books I do sell, I always donate 10% of the money back to the library.
