In their August 2010 “MBR Bookwatch” section p 1, they reviewed my newest vampire reference book, “Encyclopedia of Vampire Mythology” (McFarland).

Library Journal Reference Reviews: August 2010

The Library Journal, founded by Melvil Dewey (the guy who invented the Dewey decimal system) has been in publication since 1876. With an emphasis on public libraries, it has a circulation of about 100,000 subscribers. Among its trade related articles it also reviews books, and in August of 2010, they reviewed mine, “The encyclopedia of Vampire Mythology.”

Another thing I like about Amazon is that folks who have read the book can post their own reviews for the world to see right next to the major book reviewers, like Midwest Book Review. It’s awesome when they all agree!

I was at Amazon the other day looking up my newest book, “Encyclopedia of Vampire Mythology” to see what the pub date is (July 15, 2010 btw) and I noticed that I had reviews up for my last book, “Haunted Historic Greensboro.”
