After my appearance on Darkness Radio I received a few pictures of folks proudly displaying themselves with their copy of my newest McFarland book, “Encyclopedia of Spirits and Ghosts in World Mythology.”

Because my web design skills are at best tolerable, I will do my utmost to make this not look so much like a train wreck. Just keep scrolling down to see all the photos.

Here is a photo of super beta-reader (and author) Angela McGill. She is an amazing person, a great friend, and a beta-reader like no other; I cannot brag on her enough.

This is a photo of Tracy McGill, Angela’s daughter who also assisted me with the indexing of this book. Don’t mind the cat. As you may imagine, indexing is hard work but highly rewarding—once it’s done. Frankly, it’s my favorite part of writing a book but I was so overwhelmed with work that she and her mom, along with Jeanie Bone, all gave me a hand. Without them, I honestly do know what I would have done.

This is a photo of Paul, also reading the “Encyclopedia of Spirits and Ghosts in World Mythology.” I think he looks rather scholarly.
